Parties for the use of the pool/pavilion will be on a first come basis
with only one party per time frame. Parties must be self-booked by members.
A sign-up calendar for parties will be located in the lifeguard’s room.
Contact Victory Management for pool reservations prior to pool opening day.
Parties are to be limited to 2 1/2 hours for pavilion use during pool
hours and are limited to 40 people.
The party fee is based on the number of non-member guests attending. The
host is allowed 5 non-member guests without charge. For additional non-member
guests, there will be a charge of $1.00 per child and $2.00 per adult. There
will be no charge for residents of Hunt Meadow. Payment must be made by check
payable to HMHOA and must be left with the lifeguard on the day of the party.
Any party with greater than 20 guests must be booked 14 days in
advance with pool management. Parties of 20 non-member guests or greater may
require additional pool staff at the expense of the host in addition to the
fees stated above. The pool management will determine the number of guards
required. Fees and arrangements with pool management (AnchorAquatics, Inc.410-956-0744) are
the responsibility of the party host.A guest list must be submitted to
the lifeguards at the time of the party for insurance purposes.
The host is responsible for cleaning the pavilion or pool area where the
party takes place. This includes removal of trash and hosing down the area.
The lifeguard is not responsible for cleaning up after parties. Failure to
abide by these clean-up rules could result in forfeiture of pool privileges.
The pool management are instructed to notify the managing agent in the event
that the pool or pavilion area is not adequately cleaned after a party and a
charge may be incurred.
All party/pool guidelines must be met. Any exceptions to the party/pool
policy must be in writing to Victory Management for the pool committee review prior to the
event. Notice must be received by Victory Management at least 14 days in advance.
