1. The best one we’ve found is at BGE’s website . This is a very easy-to-use site. The pole number is requested; if you do not have it, just type in the address of the nearest house. In most cases, you will receive a message back from BGE stating that they’ve received your request and they will also report to you their findings.
2. Call BGE’s customer service telephone numbers: 1-800-685-0123 or 1-410-685- 0123.
3. Call our Department of Public Works offices: (Administration 410-263-7949) or (Services 410-263-7967). We can then report it for you. Of course, if you report it yourself, BGE may respond to you directly.
