The board is composed of seven members each voted in for a term of two years.
The terms are staggered so not every position is available every year. Elections
are held in October every year at the annual Hunt Meadow Homeowners' Association
meeting. All members in good standing of the Homeowners' Association are eligible to
vote and are eligible to be on the Board. At all
times at least two members of the Board are Townhouse owners and two members are
Single Family Home owners. The Board has meetings once a month. For more details about the duties and
responsibilities of the Board of Directors please review your copy of the Hunt
Meadow Homeowners' Association Bylaws. |
