The Architecture Review
Committee is responsible for maintaining the architectural integrity of
the Community. Any changes that modify the outside of a single family
home or townhouse needs to be approved by the committee prior to
beginning. Also any additional structures added to a lot should also be
approved by the committee. The committee meets once a month. Proposed
changes can be sent to ProCom, our management
agent. They will forward the proposals to the committee. The deadline for consideration of changes is the 25th
of each month.
The committee is composed of five people who are residents of the Hunt Meadow
community. If you would like to be on the committee please contact the
